IPA issues RFQ for ILSFA program evaluator; applications due Feb 14

On January 24, 2025, the Illinois Power Agency (IPA) issued an RFQ seeking a consultant to serve as the Independent Evaluator for the Illinois Solar for All (ILSFA) Program.
