At FERC Resource Adequacy technical meeting, ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM, and New Jersey BPU all support utilization of capacity markets for resource adequacy, but favor reforming MOPR designs to accommodate state clean energy mandates and policies; PJM notes that it can file MOPR reforms with FERC by July 2021
